Our team at the ready
Our staff will work with you from the get-go to make sure you enjoy a seamless experience. Once you reach out, our team will sit down and chat through all of the requirements and specifications you need, such as securing the best day, time and any extra options available. Want to add some balloons? No worries. Want to bring in your own cake? We can supply the plates. Simply discuss your requirements with our friendly team and they will make the arrangements, so all you have to do is arrive and enjoy yourself.
Create your own menu
Working with our in-house chef and his culinary team, you will have the opportunity to design a menu fit for the birthday boy or girl. Using the freshest of ingredients and creating something different provides some extra excitement and a delicious array of food for all your guests. Choose from fresh seafood, slow-cooked meats and sweet delights, while we will ensure all those with allergies and other dietary requirements are catered for.
Flexibility and comfort
Another bonus of booking our private dining room is having the flexibility to make it your own. If you would rather cater your own event, we can accommodate this too. If you would like to bring in some decorations before the event, we will also sort out a time which suits you and our team. It’s our aim to help make this occasion one to remember and make it as personal as possible.

“On behalf of our family, I would like to thank you, Amber, our lovely young chef and very capable assistants and all the staff of Georges Estate for creating a wonderful event for a very special occasion.
We did not have to lift a finger! It was amazing. We entered to a gorgeously-decorated dining room and we had it all to ourselves!
Time was allowed for us to interact prior to the meal, and excellent refreshments where
immediately available to be enjoyed.
Then the delicious entrees were served and all were consumed heartily. There was no rushing from the staff and this relaxed atmosphere allowed us to just relax and interact as a family. It was very wonderful.
Our main meal was timed and cooked to perfection. Even though this lunch celebration was in addition to the staffs’ normal daily routine, the quality, kindness and patience of all was very commendable.
It was all topped off with awesomely great desserts, AND scrumptious birthday cake. We were entirely satisfied.
