Our residents and community clients can access a broad range of services available through our Wellness Centre and Hydrotherapy Pool. Our allied health team will work with you to build a health and lifestyle plan that is tailored to best suit your particular health conditions and circumstances, including physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, exercise classes, massage therapy and podiatry.

The Wellness Centre at Georges Estate has been purpose-built for the older person, with innovative programs and equipment to assist with health and healing.

The centre provides a range of health and wellness services and state-of-the-art facilities to support rehabilitation, restoration and quality of life.

Customers will receive a comprehensive assessment by our specialist team to tailor a package that is perfect for you. Packages are designed to improve balance, mobility, bone integrity and muscular strength to improve physical capacity and reduce the risk of falls. The features of your package may include one-on-one sessions with a physiotherapist, group exercise classes, massage and access to specialist gym equipment and the hydrotherapy pool.

Hydrotherapy pool (Opening Soon)

The hydrotherapy pool at Georges Estate is an impressive sight especially at night, with stars shining right above you. It has a long ramp for ease of entry into and out of the pool. The pool area also opens out onto a deck that looks over our landscaped gardens – the perfect place to enjoy warmer days.

The pool is a place to enjoy a hydrotherapy session, an exercise program, a one-on-one or group session, to meet friends or to simply relax.

Hydrotherapy is used in many forms of care management, with the warm water being an easy and relaxing way for residents to treat arthritis, rheumatism, poor circulation and sore muscles.
